Shared Reading (100 points): You will complete a brief shared reading lesson in small groups in class. Directions and a rubric will be presented in class after being modeled by your professor. All books will represent excellent children’s literature and will be chosen by you from lists of award winners. You will create a shared reading summary, activities and TEKS for the book and present your book in class. (This assignment helps meet the following student learning outcomes: Knowledge 1, 4, 6; Skill 1, 2, 3; Value 2, 3)
